Description
Copper foil is the technique used to make tiffany lamps which involves wrapping copper tape around the outside edge of the glass. Pieces are then soldered together to create pictures, boxes, Christmas decorations or tea lights using lovely glass in many colours. Small pieces can be etched to add a different effect and once all the pieces are soldered together, they can have patina applied to change the solder to copper or black – the choice is yours. In one class we'll be showing you how to make stunning Christmas stars and trees to adorn your tree or to hang in your window.
