CREATIVE SPA day - 4 hours I would like to offer you the opportunity for a relaxing day of exploring and playing in my print studio. This session is designed for you to share time with friends enjoying a relaxed studio space. £160 (is for a group of 2 people max) £325 (is for a group of 4 people max) For your CREATIVE SPA day you have access to the following equipment and materials: cartridge paper newsprint paper soft cut and traditional lino monoprinting plates water based printing inks fabric ink for screen and block printing basic cotton fabric A2 table top printing press A3 relief press carving tools cutting mats silk screens marbling inks scrim (Please feel free to bring any fancy paper or fabric you would like to use.) Refreshments offered: Fresh coffee, selection of teas, biscuits and sweet treats, fruit and a vegetarian lunch. The purpose of my studio is to provide a fun and relaxing setting where you can feel inspired and relaxed to enjoy and spend valuable time with friends. Please note, some experience of printmaking is required as it is not a tutorial. Your host, Aprille, will be on hand as a technician to help and guide you with equipment and accessing materials. Aprille is a practicing visual artist and course leader with over 10 years in delivering printmaking courses to all ages and abilities. Her aim is to champion and support others in their creative journey. By listening, engaging and visualising Aprille works to break down the idea of being ‘arty’ to enable an open and playful mindset that encourages people to build confidence and have a go.
