Scottish Highland Cow in acrylics on canvas

Fancy spending 3 hours painting a Highland 'Coo' in acrylics on a stretched canvas? The session is artist-led in my studio/gallery in the market town of Gainsborough. Gainsborough is home to the stunning Gainsborough Hall, one of England's biggest and best-preserved medieval manor houses. The highland cow is already drawn from you as it is a painting workshop. we will be mixing and layering acrylic paint to create depth and form. The minimum booking is for 2 people, the maximum is 8, and the price is per person. You & your friend/s will have sole use of the studio. This allows for plenty of 1-1 tuition & guidance. I guarantee you will be relaxed by the end of the session. I am originally from Liverpool and have taught Art in schools (as an Art teacher) and adults for over 25 years. I am a practising artist and sell my work online and at galleries and exhibit when I can.

I am an Artist/ Qualified Teacher living and practising my art from my stunning garden Art gallery/ studio in Lincs. I run Art workshops throughout the year. My workshops are diverse and cover painting in watercolours, acrylics, mixed media & drawing with a range of media, batik & lino printing. My 'Watercolours & Afternoon Tea Experience' are popular, why not treat yourself & friends? Fancy a unique and quirky private arty party in the garden gallery? You choose the day, time, medium and subject. My gallery has a permanent exhibition of my work. I now offer pottery sessions, and hand-building using slab, coil & pinch pot techniques. Workshops are a maximum of 6 which ensures quality tuition.
