Bexley is just a few miles off the M25 WHY SIGN UP TO A ONE TO ONE COURSE WITH ME? I’ve been there and done it. I have built my business from scratch combining my job in the city with my love of artisan products. I found soap and candle making a very therapeutic way to escape from the daily stresses of working in finance and love the mix. It was dedication, passion, perseverance and hard work that made it possible. Now I have a successful, highly-regarded, award winning brand and sell-out workshops. It gives me so much joy to share my knowledge, teach and help other people do the same. I have years of experience of making fine soaps. I discovered that blending oils, knowing what works, and creating heavenly fragrances for luxurious candles and soaps is my superpower. As an accountant specialising in budgeting and forecasting with an Honours Degree in International Business Administration and an Honours Degree in Business Studies, there is rigour behind my approach. I know the ups and downs, the challenges, the legalities etc. inside out. My products and courses have been Highly Commended at the Bexley Business Excellence Awards 2020 and I was a finalist for Best Entrepreneur of the year. Whether you are working full time, part time, on furlough or unemployed there is always time to learn a new skill and the possibility to run a business that fits your needs and lifestyle. You can do it! I also teach a Candle Making Course, with many students attending both. As a craft business tutor, I understand the value of credentials. That's why I provide ongoing support to my students even after they've completed their course. I take great pride in tracking their progress as they launch their businesses, and I am committed to helping them succeed. My students' successes are a testament to the importance of credentials and continued support. When they have the right tools and resources, they can achieve their goals and aspirations. That's why I believe it's important to not only provide quality education but also to offer guidance and assistance even beyond the classroom. Whether it's connecting them with industry professionals, offering personalized feedback on their work, or simply being a listening ear, I am dedicated to helping my students reach their full potential. By doing so, I hope to instill in them the same sense of pride and passion that I have for the work that I do.
