Willow Spiral weave workshop - Bulrushes and bird feeders

Description

Join us at this fabulous venue and get creative weaving some beautiful garden spirals for your garden. In this workshop we'll be focussing on the spiral weave and creating bird feeders and bulrushes. This is a great introduction to anyone who wants to try their hand at willow sculpture but also for more experienced weavers. You'll leave with some lovely willow items to decorate your outdoor space. We will be working in a marquee at the National Stone Centre near Wirksworth. The workshop takes place in a covered marquee and warm drinks and biscuits are provided. It is protected from the elements, but please come dressed appropriately in warm clothing. There is a café next door. Parking is free. If you have any additional access requirements please get in touch and we'll do everything we can to make the workshop comfortable and enjoyable for you.  This is a great introduction to anyone who wants to try their hand at willow weaving but also for the more experienced willow weaver.
