Description

Wet Felted Art Scarves are a lovely mix of colourful merino wool, silk fibres and other textures. You can choose to create a thin scarf with a lacey feel or a warmer winter scarf. Learn how to layer the wool and add the textures during this evening workshop. The wet felting process takes about half an hour and we will be agitating the fibres together with our hands and other felting tools. The scarves are then rolled to make the shrink and get stronger. The process is quite physical and wet. Please bring an apron, rubber gloves (for touching hot water) and a small hand towel. All other materials will be supplied.
