Description
POTTERS WANTED! We are looking for a couple of extra people to join us on our regular Tuesday morning classes for spring term 2026, which this time is 11 weeks long. The date of the first session is 6 January and we will have a one week half term break. The course is open to total beginners, with a programme provided for those who would like one, or if you have more experience simply use this studio time to pursue your own projects. We run four regular classes across the week for a total of around 25 people, the majority of whom have been coming for over a year (or five!). Current potters always get first refusal on the next term meaning that, should you wish, you can develop this into a regular practice. But don't be daunted, if you've just watched the Throwdown and fancy a bash for one term, you're in safe hands!
What's included in the price?
The total cost of the course is £210 including all materials and firing, which we don't place any limitations on (bar the size of the kiln, which is quite big!). There are *no* hidden extras for firing or glazing your work, and no limits on how much you can produce, provided you can do it in your weekly sessions. And a cuppa...we always get the kettle on.
