Create a natural spring wreath with expert crafter Jeni Bate to decorate your home this Spring season. Firstly, we will be weaving the base wreath. You can choose to weave an egg shape or a Traditional round wreath from Ivy or Wisteria under my guidance. I hope you will enjoy the therapeutic benefits of wreath weaving. You will then be invited to choose from a selection of seasonal flowers and foliage to decorate your wreath, and recycled or biodegradable ribbons, twine, etc. About your tutor: Jeni Bate Hello, I am Jeni. I am totally looking forward to meeting you and sharing my passion for bio art with you. I think one of the most exciting things about wild crafting is that there is no wrong or right way; the beauty is very much in the eye of the beholder. I am hoping that you will enjoy the therapeutic benefits of working together with nature and art. I have been creating bespoke pieces of wild art for over 20 years; my experience as a Montessori teacher very much influences my teaching style. Guiding you to create pieces of Bio art to treasure and skills you will hold forever is my goal. Sustainability is of the utmost importance, and this is always reflected in my teaching and practice. What to bring: - Scissors and or secateurs, gloves if you prefer. - You will be provided with a cardboard box tray to transport your wonderful creations.
