Description
Come along to my six-week upholstery course running daily, term time. Select your start date, and the course will run on the same day for 6 consecutive weeks. The new, well equipped, Upholstery Cabin is based in Ringwood, Hampshire and serves students from all over Dorset and Hampshire. The classes are informal and small and filled with conversation and coffee. You can choose to upholster using traditional or modern techniques. For modern upholstery there is a pneumatic staple gun available for every student. For sewing box cushions, there is an industrial sewing machine and a new overlocker. For traditional you can learn hand stitching and how to use tack and hammer techniques. The cozy studio is a converted vintage garage and conveniently located with plenty of parking within walking distance of Ringwood town centre. Vicky, your tutor has 11 years teaching experience and has been in the trade 18 years. Vicky has written three upholstery books and loves teaching leisure upholstery for your heirloom projects or flea market finds.

Along Hightown Rd there is free parking for 3 hours and on road parking. There is also parking on the road behind Hightown Rd.
Classes are for a whole term and run every week. Occasionally people can't make classes so I have a WhatsApp group I add students to 'swap out' classes. Swapped out classes can only happen within term you are booked on to.
Yes, I have all the tools you will need for the day and I'll show you how to use them.
Yes, you don't need to know any upholstery to do the class.
