Description
Create your own set of stunning sterling silver bangles and ring, with Nicky Barton at her studio. In this relaxed and beautiful location, you can really enjoy a fun jewellery making workshop. Starting with making a ring and then developing your skills to create up to two solid silver bangles. You will be introduced to traditional silversmithing techniques of sizing, soldering, forming and texturing the silver, using 1.5mm and 2mm silver wire. (Should you choose to use heavier silver stock there will be a surcharge of £25). At the end of the workshop, you will be able to take home your own handcrafted sterling silver textured bangles and ring. There will be a short break halfway through for tea, coffee and biscuits. This is a very good introduction to silver jewellery making and no experience necessary. This course can be designed for 1, 2 or 4 people. This workshop makes a perfect gift for you and your sister, mother, daughter or good friend.
