Join us for a magical creative session where you’ll learn to make a beautifully tactile hollow-form lentil pendant using silver clay. During this workshop you will learn how to: * Roll, texture, and cut silver clay * Create a reversible hollow form * Make a secure and stylish bail * Flush-set a sparkly stone * Patinate and polish your finished pendant By the end of the workshop, you’ll head home with your own luscious, reversible hollow-form lentil pendant—handmade and totally unique. All materials are included. A selection of sterling silver chains and ear wires will be available to purchase as optional extras. Maker
I was interested in making and designing from a very early age and developed my first jewellery range in 2000. I then discovered my love for teaching in 2004 and have been developing my courses ever since. I have a home teaching studio for 1:1 & 1:2 sessions and in 2017 I set up a teaching studio at Yardley Arts where I can teach up to 11 learners. Qualifications: BA in Designed Metalwork and Jewellery from BCUC and MA Royal College of Art Goldsmithing, Silversmithing, Metalwork and Jewellery.
