Make a gorgeous hanging mosaic for yourself or give as a gift to a dear one. This mosaic can be displayed outdoors or inside. This is a lovely craft kit that can be gifted in kit form or completed by you. This craft kit is new for 2023 and becomes a new addition to my slate and ceramic range on slate. This particular kit was inspired by someone dear to be who loved her garden, nature and the birds. As the saying goes, "When a Robin appears, a loved one is near" A craft kit is a perfect way at trying a new craft, if you can't make a workshop then this is the perfect alternative. Making a mosaic is a relaxing and fun craft activity, if you purchase a kit I thoroughly hope you enjoy making your mosaic.
What's included in the price?
This kit will include everything that you need to create the mosaic including easy to follow step by step instructions. You do not need to have made a mosaic before, this kit is suitable for beginners. This kit is suggested for adults but younger people would be able to use the kit. The slate heart measure 15cm x 15cm.
What you will need
I suggest that if you have some tweezers you may find them helpful to use to put the smaller mosaic pieces into place. I am also happy to offer any advice if you require assistance when making your mosaic, simply send me a message.

I love to collaborate with others whilst teaching and sharing my passion for the craft of mosaic. I run courses from my home studio for children, young people adults and families. Through my project work I enable young people to get enriched creative opportunities that might not be otherwise available to them. I have worked with local communities, schools, charities and hospital wards creating large pieces of public art in collaboration with others. I studied at Central Saint Martins College London and qualified with a degree in textiles, I have studied stained glass and warm glass and having been practicing the craft of mosaics since 2013 setting up my business Honey Mosaics in 2018. I live in a Milton Keynes, I have two young sons and a very friendly dog!
