Relaxation Hour: Stretching, Art Meditation for Groups



This workshop will begin with gentle stretching, focusing on breathing and clearing of the mind. We'll then move on to art therapy exercises that will help to channel positive energy and flow of thoughts, feelings and creativity. Finally, we will move through a guided meditation, releasing any unwanted energy whilst bringing light and positivity to ourselves. By the end of the live online class, you will be feeling refreshed and relaxed and will have gained an understanding of the importance of taking time out for practices like the ones you learned. This class is suitable for everyone, so grab a coffee or tea, roll out a yoga mat and have some pencils and paper nearby. Minimum group of 5+ people.
