Saturday 6th July 10.00am-3pm Returning Sunday 7th July 10am-12pm to add colour Powertex is a water based, non toxic fabric hardener and sculpting medium. Powertex can be used on indoor projects as well as becoming weather/water resistant, once it is fully dried (approximately 3 weeks). It is becoming very popular with crafts and artists alike so why not give it a try. In this class you will be shown how to build your highland cow head then using powertex stoneart clay and cotton fibres to create the features of your sculpture. Once dry on day two you will use a dry brush technique to colour and enhance the texture on your sculpture, the exact colour and design are your choice and down to your own imagination. There will examples to inspire your imagination. Once finished you take your unique sculpture home with you and you will be able to place your sculpture in your garden after 12 weeks or in your home immediately. Please bring a packed lunch with you. This class is aimed at adults, over 10's can also book a place and welcome to attend when accompanied by a full paying adult.
