This is an opportunity to discuss tips on how to take your printmaking experience outdoors.
Be inspired by simple ideas that will give you the ability to work with a simple studio setup on the move. You might be surprised what easy-to-use materials can make your plein air printmaking experience really easy to develop.
These often unique Printmaking techniques include mono-printing, which help to capture moment-by-moment effects right there and then, thus making each artist's proof into a unique original fine art print.
You might think that you need to first be practiced at other art forms such as drawing and painting, but printmaking can be a very accessible process without needing to even know what you are doing!
You will be able to choose from a number of printmaking processes, such as engraving and drypoint, etching, woodblock and mono-printing techniques.
The cost of this tutorial is £30 per person per 40-minute session.
