Description
Join Karen who will teach you how to create beautiful crepe paper flowers and if you'd like to make something to decorate your Christmas home, she will provide natural ivy so that you can attach your flowers and make a beautiful garland, or provide materials to make a wreath to hang on an internal door. She will teach you how to cut and shape beautiful Italian or German crepe paper to create your own everlasting paper posy or garland in an assortment of stunning colours. The flowers are not intended to be botanically correct, rather inspired by real flowers...so you can be as creative as you like with colour and form; however they do look very realistic, even if they don't exist in nature! During the workshop you will learn to make at least three flowers, and then take home a selection of materials to create further blooms in your own time, allowing you to build a beautiful everlasting display. Materials are also available to purchase at the end of the workshop. When you book, please drop a message to us if you are interested in a Christmas theme so that the correct materials can be organised.
What's included in the price?
All materials, parking, refreshments and tuition. A light, home made lunch that is suitable for a vegetarian diet is also available at a cost of £10 per person, payable on the day. (Cash and card payments accepted). If you would like lunch, please message your tutor to reserve.
