Join Laura for this relaxing origami class where you will learn how to create a stunning string of origami fairy lights. Working with a wide selection of patterned and plain specialist origami papers, Laura will guide you step-by-step through the creative process. The simple origami techniques used to fold each lantern will be broken down for you, making it easy to follow along and create your own beautiful set of lights. Throughout the workshop, you'll experience the meditative nature of origami. As you become more familiar with the design and technique, you will find yourself relaxing into the repetition of the folds. This calming activity can be a wonderful way to unwind and let your creativity flow. At the end of the workshop, you will leave with your own unique set of lights to decorate your home. This workshop is suitable for absolute beginners and those with some previous paper craft or origami experience. The price is per person.
