Mountmellick Whitework Embroidery Kit

Mountmellick whitework kit

Mountmellick whitework embroidery originated in Mountmellick in Ireland. It is a beautiful textural raised technique, designed to be used and washed over and over again.

Suitable for beginners.

Your finished embroidery can be made into a lovely cushion, or bag (instructions not included) - a talking point whenever it's seen!

All my kits are packaged using recyclable and/or biodegradable materials.

What's included in the price?

This pretty rose kit comprises a 33cm x 33cm square of white cotton satin jean fabric, the traditional Mountmellick threads in three thicknesses, a hand transferred design, full instructions with stitch guide, diagram and photos, and a chenille needle. All kept tidy in a neat little box. The finished embroidery measures 14cm high by 11.5cm wide.
