Mother’s Day experience – why not spend time with your special person and learn how to throw on the potter’s wheel? Suitable for all throwing abilities and led by experienced thrower, Jane Sleator, this workshop is designed to be a special experience to do together. Suitable for ages 14yrs+ Learn how to centre and develop your skills to make a series of pots. With just five participants in the class you’ll have plenty of time and space to practice using our variety of pottery wheels and have full use of our pottery tools to adapt and adorn your pieces with handles, lids and surface decoration. Your finished pieces will be fired to bisque – glazing options will be available after the workshop for an additional fee. Whether you want to do the workshop yourself, or gift it to a loved one for Mothers Day, we can provide a personalised gift voucher upon request.
