Our Fabulous Flourish workshop is for those who have previously attended a Beginner Nib Workshop. Discover how to extend letter strokes and how to build up a design to ramp up the flamboyance! Learn to enhance your calligraphy with beautiful flourishes that look effortless, natural, and delicate. This workshop covers the rules of flourishing, and how to maintain balance. With the methods we share, you can create polished flourishes each time. Understanding the techniques for making basic flourishing strokes, and how to flourish both lowercase and uppercase letters will allow you to build up your skills and move on to using swift, fluid movements.

"Enjoyed the day but found it too much in one day. Would have preferred to go slower instead of a quick taster of lots of things. I’m not artistic and found the free time at the end excruciating as I found I was way behind everyone else. Had to leave early. Bought a pen and ink calligraphy set to practice at home."
