Learn to create art yarns with Michelle at The Spinning Shed

Welcome to The Spinning Shed. I am Michelle, owner of The Spinning Shed and have been a spinning teacher for many years. Creating art yarns is the next level of development for a spinner. This course is for those who can already produce a proficient 2 ply yarn and are comfortable to learn the steps necessary for making art yarns. You are welcome to use a wheel here, rather than have to bring one, or you can bring your own. If you wish to practice at home afterwards, you will need a large orifice on your wheel. The course is one to one, which provides plenty of personal attention and allows all questions to be answered so that you go away from the day feeling confident to practice the techniques at home. I am happy for you to film my demonstrations to review when you get home, and can also film you to show family and friends your new skills! If you would like to propose a date when you would like to attend, please get in touch. I reply within 24 hours but depending on the time of day, it will often be the same day I respond.

What's included in the price?

Use of all equipment, where required, plus all fluff is included. Tea/coffee and cake on arrival plus drinks during the day. Please bring a packed lunch
