Description
Join me for a two hour art class specifically designed for children to enjoy, at Warwickshire Artisans in Henley in Arden. Pick up some Christmas shopping from the lovely boutique shops on-site whilst your children create a winter tree scene using a range of different media. We'll use colour-gradient and wet on wet techniques with watercolour alongside funky texture-creating methods with clingfilm and masking tape. We'll also experiment with acrylic pens and blending techniques! There will be plenty of time to explore materials and proper techniques, and children will be encouraged to create their own compositions, using their imaginations alongside reference images. Parents of children older than 7 years old are welcome to drop and collect. Younger children should have parents nearby either in the workshop itself or at the lovely on-site café.
