Fused Glass Christmas Ornaments

Description

The ultimate Christmas fused glass treats. Make 5 pre cut Bullseye glass ornaments to decorate with lots of choice of accessory glass- frit, stringers, beads and more. They will then be fused in a specialised kiln to be collected later when they will have ribbon or string attached. You will have 5 unique decorations to hang year after year.

We are a craft Centre for gifts and workshops on the edge of Garstang at Bridgehouse Marina. It is a beautiful location. We mainly teach fused glass, painting , art, mixed media , mosaic glass.

"What a great experience. Diane made us very welcome, and at ease as we had never done anything like this before. We were shown examples that we could take inspiration from, practicing on small pieces of plain glass before we used coloured. As the pieces have to be fired we won't see the results for a few days, when I will return to pick up the finished articles. I bought this experience for my friend and myself she was thrilled."

"What an excellent course! With a wide range of materials, beautiful examples for inspiration and expert advice from Diane, we were able to create our own stunning floral Easter eggs which we can keep up all year round. I bought this course as a gift for my mum for Christmas and we had a fabulous two hours of crafting which just flew by! Diane was generous with time and offered that we could stay as long as needed to complete our pieces. Quality time spent with mum and a lovely opportunity to meet Diane and Andy who helped guide us. Hosted by very friendly and welcoming people who just loved to share their passion for arts and crafts. With a wide range of gorgeous pieces to buy from the store, we didn't leave empty handed either as the bird boxes and glass pieces were too lovely to leave behind and great value for money. Thank you for a fabulous day- I can't wait to collect the finished pieces once they've finished fusing in the kiln! We'll definitely be coming back for more courses- glass or other otherwise! "

"This was my first adventure with fused glass! Diane was great. Very helpful and on hand to answer any questions. She explained the process and the different kinds of glass to help get me started. I created 4 glass panels for a lantern. I was really pleased with my endeavours! There was lots of colours and options to choose from for the creations. I left them with Diane to put through the kiln process, and I will return to pick them up in a few days.
