Do you love high fashion and like to learn how to embellish luxurious fabrics such as laces, printed fabrics and more? This embellishment introduction workshops will show you how to use various beads, sequins, pearls, etc, & how to decorate textiles that are used in couture, bridal wear, evening wear, lingerie or any luxury textiles. This workshop is open to all sewing levels, even if you don't have any previous sewing experience. Learn how to create stunning fabric surfaces using traditional couture sewing techniques, including: - Difference between sequins & bead types. - How to attach those on various surfaces. - How to secure stitching on challenging materials such as laces/mesh. - How to create motives. - How to create 3D beaded embellishments. In easy steps: This workshop will guide you in person how to create beautiful fabric surface decorations, that can be used on garments, lingerie or any other textiles such as bags, cushions, etc. If you do have something particular that you like to embellish, you can bring that along to this class. Otherwise you can choose from plenty of luxury fabrics in the classroom and various beads, etc.
