Join us for this lovely workshop and discover how to make a beautiful realistic woodland Badger under the expert guidance of Cecily Kate from Art Felt Fibres. Suitable for all skill levels, even if you are a complete beginner. You will make: - A Badger with its distinctive coat. During this workshop you will learn: - How to shape core wool forms. - How to wrap wool around pipe cleaners. - How to create subtle layers fur tones - How to create soulful eyes that have a glint of light in them using only coloured wool and your needle (no glass eyes) - How to observe various images of the Badger in nature and then capture the essence of this iconic woodland animal Our Studio is in a beautiful converted Oast with exposed beams and gentle views across the farmland. Filled with mouth-watering aromas from The Oast Bakery, where Alison prepares our delicious refreshments, this is the perfect place to escape the pressures of daily life and enjoy some creative time for yourself. Our aim is to offer the chance to unwind, learn a new skill and meet like minded people whilst enjoying a cuppa and a slice of cake.
