Maker's bio

I am an artist and a self taught needlefelter. Six years ago, I went on a beginners felting course for a day and got that lightbulb moment, where I just knew I'd finally found the medium for me! I started off sculpting, and while I still do, I now mainly exhibit and sell my felted, semi 3d animal pictures in my gallery in Naburn, North Yorkshire - The Wytchwood Gallery. It's there that I teach and because it's only tiny, I only take two pupils at a time, so you get plenty of one-to-one tuition.
