Maker's bio

I started up Porcupine Upholstery on completion of gaining a diploma with AMUSF accreditation. With a BA Art and Design specialising in Interior Design I worked in that field before choosing to retrain as an upholsterer and work for myself and with clients on a one to one basis. Upholstery gives me an opportunity to take old chairs, often considered fit for the skip, and strip them back to a state where they can be reupholstered, finished off with beautiful fabrics and given a new lease of life.
