Maker's bio

Nao is textile designer and weaver for over 15 years. In Japan she designed and wove Kimono fabrics. She now runs several different workshops such as Weaving, Japanese Shibori dyeing, natural dyeing, Japanese Calligraphy, Stone seal curving and Mizuhiki knotting. Graduated MA Okinawa prefectural Art and Design University in Japan and exchange program UCA Farnham. Winning and nominated several textile competition Japan, UK and Italy.
