Maker's bio

My process of creating takes on principles of the Japanese practise of Shinrin-Yoku (Forest Bathing). Taking the time to listen to what is around you, seeing what lays under your feet, feeling the elements touch your skin and taking this precious time to re-connect with nature. It is a meditative experience, connecting me directly with the earth through quiet walking in the landscape. Come and share our love of the natural world and use plants to create delicate translucent forms in porcelain clay.
