"First and foremost I had an awesome day, Ben was very knowledgeable of every aspect of blacksmithing and this fully working workshop was an awesome environment to experience a new skill.
We went through all the skills needed to make anything your metal bashing heart desired. Making functional items to cement the techniques and even how to deal with things that don't go to plan.
Equipment wise, the workshop was stocked out. More hammers, tong, punches and hardy tools than you can shake a stick at, (even that stick will probably have hammer head on it) so there's always the right size and shape tool for what you need and Ben knows how to get you using them right.
Great setting, environment, Instructor and experience what else could you want, well even refreshments were included too. Couldn't ask for more whether your just trying it out or want some more forge time with someone who knows his stuff. Highly recommended A++, I definitely think I've caught the forging bug!"
