I have taught painting and design for nearly 40 years. I have my own practice and sell my work in various galleries and shows. My experience is that anyone can paint and draw if they are shown in a way they understand and practical information only makes sense if it's practised! I am enthusiastic and empathetic, I understand how some learners just cannot get past ' I can't paint' - let me prove you wrong! My teaching experience ranges from local art groups to University level and special needs

"Very enjoyable weekend learning the basics of landscape painting at Beaumaris, Anglesey. Each day was at a different location, sitting on pebble beaches, roughing a painting in situ in the morning then learning how to improve it in the studio in the afternoon. We were lucky with the weather. Being new to watercolour painting, the techniques Georgina taught for improving work or correcting errors got me over a hurdle. Gained a real love of Anglesey too. Thanks Georgina, hope to be back soon."

"Absolutely loved this art course, very warm and inviting small group, I was a bit nervous to start as a complete beginner but was made to feel at ease straight away Learned techniques to building confidence, feeling inspired to see what paint, water, paper and different brushes can create"
