Maker's bio

Lara Just is a UKCP psychotherapist. As an eco-psychotherapist Lara uses the outdoors and nature within the therapeutic process. She has worked outdoors and used creative nature and mindfulness-based approaches in her clinical practice for many years. This included outdoor group workshops in South Africa, utilising animal-assisted approaches (equine-assisted psychotherapy) and developing new ways of working online outdoors with clients from all over the world.
