A weekly session where you can learn to design and make your own clothes, either from scratch using commercial patterns or revamping old clothes. All garments made can be showcased on the catwalk at the NEC sewing for pleasure show.

2016 sees us celebrate 25 years of fashion, design, textile courses and workshops! Inkberrow Design Centre (IDC) is based in Redditch, just South of Birmingham in the West Midlands and offers a wide range of City & Guilds and recreational courses. We pride ourself on tailoring the courses to the individual learners’ needs and requirements, and can offer a flexible programme. IDC incorporates the Old Needle Works Craft Centre.
What's included in the price?
Cost £10 per session. Sewing machines are provided and basic sewing equipment is available to borrow. Refreshments are available for a small fee.
