About the Course
Introductory Offer - 10% discount
This two day advanced course is intended to stretch those with a degree of woodworking experience or may have attended one of my Beginners' courses.
The theme will be the detailed process of hand cutting dovetails. This will give you an introduction and experience into creating the cabinet maker's ultimate joint.
The course will be predominately project led through the making of a small trinket box in Tulipwood, hand-crafted by you to take home.
I have a relaxed and informal approach to tuition and there will be no more than four participants on the course to allow for maximum individual attention.
The Dovetail workshop, is located in the beautiful Staffordshire countryside, based in a Grade II listed, mid 19th century boat maintenance building on the Shropshire Union Canal and is within easy reach of the M6, J14.
If booking with a CraftCourses voucher for part or all of the course fee, please fill in the contact form above. Your voucher code must be provided at the point of booking.
