About the Course

Following the success of our Willow Sphere Sculpture Workshop, we are delighted to now be offering a different take on the same fascinating art form.

This Willow Bird Sculpture Workshop is suitable for complete beginners as well as those with some experience. You will gain an insight into the history, cultivation and the uses of willow and will learn the willow weaving techniques required to create your very own bird sculpture.

Your experienced tutor will guide you through the making process. Your avian sculpture will be inspired by a chicken, duck or similar size bird and will measure approximately 35cm x 25cm. It will be designed to to sit proudly in your garden or home.

The workshop will run from 10.00am until 4.00pm, with a pause for lunch partway through the day. All materials and tools will be supplied, as will your lunch.

Places on this workshop will be limited to 8.

If you would like to book a place, click on the button above. If you have any questions about the workshop, please do not hesitate to contact us - we are happy to help!
