Wild Wreath Workshop with WanderWomen Edinburgh

X

Description

Combine creating a seasonal wreath from foraged foliage and enjoying time out in nature with like-hearted women. Immerse yourself in a mix of adventure, mindfulness and creation on this new, beginner-friendly, half-day experience run by WanderWomen founder, Anna Neubert-Wood. This workshop is an opportunity to explore the benefits of a change of scene, self-care and grounding while reflecting on life and connecting with local nature. You will meet at The Arienas Collective, from where Anna will guide through an exploration of mindful, gentle walking and silent reflection, and return inspired to create your seasonal wreath. You will leave feeling refreshed, invigorated and inspired; and with a beautiful wild wreath ready to hang at home. Everything you need is provided, however if you have your own gardening scissors or secateurs please bring these with you for the wreath making activity. Regular scissors will be available for use. Since the workshop involves being outdoors for part of the session, please dress appropriately for the weather on the day. If you have any questions about participating in this workshop, please contact us before booking.
