About the Course

This year is Swansea Festival of stitch with a focus on the sea and so have come up with some sea based workshops. We will be using needle felting skills and a variety of wool, merino and natural colours, to create our own turtles or sting ray. We will explore different types of needles as we felt the various parts of the animals. A selection of models and images will be available on the day but if you have an image you would like to have a try at creating then please bring them with you.

For those wanting something less fishy we will be offering a bowl option. You will need to choose when booking so can prepare the right mix of materials.

If booking with a CraftCourses voucher for part or all of the course fee, please fill in the contact form above or telephone us. Your voucher code must be provided at the point of booking.

What's included in the price?

We provide all the material you need for the day but additional materials are also available to purchase on the day.

We provide refreshments of tea and coffee and cold drinks through the day. If you have milk allergies please bring a small supply of your own. Bring your own lunch, we can refrigerate as needed but we ask for no seafood as I have a severe allergy.
