About the Course
Click through top left hand link to our own website to see remaining 2017 Quirky courses and by using the 'keep me posted' icon you will receive the new 2018 course list when it is released in early November. Many of our early courses get booked up for Christmas presents.
Make your very own unique hand made 'Ministry of Upholstery' footstool from scratch, using a specially designed kit.
Build up the frame then stain, paint or wax the legs (choose between Queen Anne or Classic legs). Then upholster the top seat layer by layer before finishing off in your favourite fabric.
Give it as a beautiful Christmas present for someone - if you can bear to part with it- or keep it to put your feet up on something special!
If booking with a CraftCourses voucher for part or all of the course fee, please fill in the contact form above or telephone us. Your voucher code must be provided at the point of booking.
What's included in the price?
Includes a lovely 2 course Aga lunch, all refreshments and home baking.
Paula will bring along the special kits for the size of footstool you have ordered and paid for at the time of booking - there are two choices:

Large Queen Anne or Classic footstool 70cm x 48cm £75
These charges are payable directly to Paula at the time of booking and cover both the footstool kit plus use of all upholstery materials and tools provided on the workshop day.
