This course in traditional etching is a practical studio based programme and combines structured teaching and informal workshop time.
Refunds are not available on this booking. Start dates may be amended on request.
You will learn to work in the light and well-equipped studio with specialist facilities, and develop ideas and imagery into a portfolio of creative prints. Each printmaking technique is taught by demonstration and one-to-one feedback encouraging each student’s personal strengths and interests. Final prints can be submitted for our Exhibition in July when we enjoy a lively Private View to celebrate the work created during the year on all our courses.
In order to ensure that you make the best possible progress on your course, you will have regular feedback from your tutor, in a constructive and supportive environment.
This craft course provider has been awarded Bronze status for receiving 1 or more 5 star ratings from previous students.
The Students' Choice award ensures that course providers get recognised for their efforts in the teaching and practice of UK craft.
They also allow tutors to gain valuable feedback on their courses and for new students to find the course that's right for them.
