A practical day workshop making cordials, infused oils and other warming remedies with cardamom, frankincense, fennel, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and many other spices. We will also discuss some of the principles of herbalism, and the art of herbal medicine.

This course is run by qualified herbalist Rowan McOnegal, who has 30 years’ experience of working as a herbalist.
Courses are held at Rowan's eco home in rural Herefordshire and run throughout the year using seasonal herbs - there is always something to harvest!
