About the Course
This combined fashion and textiles course in collaboration with fashion designer Tolu Coker has been designed to offer an impactful insight into how fashion designers incorporate textiles into their process. Aimed at those looking to gain more knowledge, as well as those looking to brush up on their technical skills and design approach, students will benefit from a thorough and comprehensive course structure.
Over the course of 4 weeks, your tutors will guide you through a series of practical workshops and tutorials that will help develop and strengthen your design, construction and print-making skills.
You will work from a set brief, carrying out extensive research, experimentation and design development, to process and generate ideas for your textiles and garment realisations.
By the end of the course you will have built a body of work and gained invaluable tools and information to enhance your portfolio for future opportunities.
This course is an unmissable opportunity for you to improve and diversify your practice.
