About the Course

Paper is an inexpensive sculptural material. Pliable and easily folded, pleated, cut and manipulated with simple tools. The artist can form three-dimensional shapes from simple to complex. These basic principles of making in paper can be useful for artists, architects, fashion designers and milliners.

Learn some key techniques − hand folding, scoring and manipulation. The session will also cover tools and types of paper best suited for this art form.

Please note we do not cover paper engineering for pop-up books.
