A workshop over three Saturdays (2, 16, 30 October 2021) to explore who you are, how you got here, and get clear about what it is you want from your life.
Are you a serial searcher? Looking for yourself all over the shop and coming up empty handed? Maybe you used to know who you were and you’ve lost touch with that or maybe you’ve never really known and feel like you’re living a life that can feel empty and unsatisfying.
This experiential course (maximum 12 participants) is jam packed full of writing and journaling exercises combined with coaching techniques designed to explore all things 'you', and I promise you are fascinating enough to fill a year’s worth of exploration, let alone three sessions. In fact, this course is really just the beginning, or continuing of where you’ve got to so far.
Through writing and discussion, I'll guide you to:
- Reflect on where you are now, how you got here, and what you need to let go of – even if you’re not quite ready to do that right now (we can’t put a date on that one I’m afraid.)
- Explore - perhaps for the first time – who you are; what makes you tick, what you enjoy, who you really are, and that includes all aspects of you (trust me, there are lots of ’yous’ in there).
- Define your very own measures of success, what you might like to be different in your life and explore some ways to help you get there.
The techniques you'll learn over the three sessions will help you in the future to ground yourself, explore your world, declutter and unblock, gain insight and perspective around who you are and what you want, defuse overwhelm, process feelings and emotions, and much more.
Taking this time for yourself and sharing the journey with others is guaranteed to help you see that you’re not in this alone, that being human can be hard and that there’s actually nothing wrong with you - just ‘stuff’ in the way of you being yourself.
This course is open to everyone. No writing talent, knowledge or experience - and definitely no grammar - is required.

Writing can be insightful, and we might share things we write (always optional), but please note, this is not a therapy group and isn't suitable for replacement of individual/group therapeutic work.
