About the Course
In this one day workshop you will learn a variety of skills to make your very own bezel set stone ring. You'll choose from a selection of beautiful stones, or if you have your own we may be able to accommodate those in your design.
Once you've chosen your stone, we will measure your finger to find the correct ring size and so that we can work out the correct amount of silver you need to use. Don't worry about this bit, there is a little bit of maths involved, but I will help you every step of the way!
You will then learn how to shape your ring, make sure that it's the correct size, cut your silver and solder it before a quick clean up ready to make the bezel setting.
By the end of the day, you take home your very own polished stone set ring.
This course is suitable for beginners or for those who have some experience. You will learn at your own pace throughout the day, no pressure, just a nice relaxing day learning how to make your own sparkly jewellery.
The workshop is easily accessible by public transport as well as by car. There is plenty of onsite free parking.
If booking with a CraftCourses voucher for part or all of the course fee, please fill in the contact form above. Your voucher code must be provided at the point of booking.
