About the Course

During this three day stone carving masterclass you will cover essential elements and skills to create your own sculpture using Cotswold stone. In this workshop you will gain experience in: planning your stone carving, make drawings, create a model or start working directly into the stone, how to use traditional stone carving tools, and learning the difference between relief carving and sculpture. Letter carving projects can also be facilitated.

All equipment and tools will be provided. All the tools used will be hand tools, power tools cannot be used.
