About the Course

Join Bridget at Cwtch crafting workshops @ The Courtyard, Crickhowell and learn how to make your own rag rug.

Bridget will teach you the ‘proddy’ technique, a traditional method of recycling old clothes into lovely cosy rug rugs. Any textiles can be used but I often use old T-shirts for my rugs as they are easy to work with and come in a great range of colours.

All tools and materials will be provided for you to work with on the day to make a start on your own rug, but it would be helpful to begin making your own collection of T-shirts to be able to complete your rug at home.

If booking with a CraftCourses voucher for part or all of the course fee, please fill in the contact form above. Your voucher code must be provided at the point of booking.
