Stained Glass Christmas Decorations Day Workshop (South Wales)
Description
Looking for a creative, festive activity? This course offers you the opportunity to make your own unique glass Christmas decorations whilst learning the craft of stained glass copper foiling. You will have the opportunity to create your own designs or use templates that will be provided for you. You can expect to make 3-6 decorations depending on how complex your designs are. Copper foiling is a modern, versatile process that involves cutting glass, running a copper tape around the edges and soldering the pieces together. You will have a wide selection of colourful glass to choose from, with lots of Christmassy colours! Your decorations will be ready to take away with you at the end of the course. Minimum age to attend is 16. The venue is wheelchair accessible. Please let us know if you have mobility concerns as we can make sure we have an appropriate height bench and reserve you a spot that is most easily accessed in the studio.

All materials, and festive refreshments! Lunch is by your own arrangement, there's a lovely bakery nearby or you can bring from home.
