About the Course

Course of three weekly millinery evening classes with milliner Ian Bennet in London.

Learn from a true maestro of feathers- Ian Bennett – how to shape, curl, dye, assemble and create stunning, professional-looking feather trimmings for hats and headpieces. Ideal for those who wish to add these techniques to their arsenal of millinery skills. Feathers available to purchase in class. Please bring a basic sewing kit and note pad.

Courses are taught by industry professionals in a specialist millinery studio and our students are able to get a taste of what it’s like working as a milliner through live projects with industry. Through our links with many British milliners we can facilitate work experience opportunities for those who wish to pursue millinery as a career. We are happy to offer flexible programmes of study to meet individual student needs.
