Come and make a willow sculpture to take home for your garden or home with Jo Sadler of Forged n Willow.
About this Event
Come to our woods in the perfect natural setting of the English countryside and spend some time with the amazingly talented Jo Sadler and let your creativity run wild! We'll be weaving some gorgeous deer which are 4ft high and 3ft long, so you can make your own, bespoke stunning sculpture for your home or garden.
Jo will help you step by step to make your sculpture using Somerset grown sustainable willow and using British steel from Shaftesbury to anchor your sculpture.
This course is suitable for all abilities and most age groups. No previous experience needed and all materials are supplied. We'll enjoy delicious, locally-sourced artisan refreshments, including lunch, during the day, soaking in the tranquillity or enjoying the chance to chat around the campfire.
What to bring and wear:
Please wear comfortable seasonal clothing, comfy, outdoor shoes and bring a hat etc. for weather; whether rain or shine!
Bring: If you have your own pair of secateurs, please bring them, but these are not essential.

If the government guidelines/regulations change at any time we may have to alter, postpone, or even cancel the course.
Cancellation and Refunds
Full payment is required at time of booking. Should you need to cancel your booking please refer to our Cancellation and Refunds Policy.
Cancellation and a full refund can be obtained up to 2 weeks before the course starts. Start dates may be amended on request.
Homemade snacks, delicious lunch , made with locally sourced produce and hot and cold refreshments provided.
What to bring?
Bring your own bowl, plate, mug and cutlery so we can reduce any potential risk from Covid19 transfer when serving refreshments and also help the planet by avoiding using disposable crockery.

If you feel that you are unable to follow these guidelines, for any reason other than medical, we kindly request that you do not book on one of our courses/workshops.
