Silver clay is a fairly new medium for jewellery making where the silver is in dust form mixed with a binder to make clay. Once the piece is made, it is fired, the binder burns off and the silver sinters together to make a solid silver (99.9% silver) piece.
At Talton Mill I have a number of courses planned for 2020 including stone setting in silver clay, making a ring from silver clay and making a locket style bead from silver clay.
Plus there is a Christmas course planned where you can make either a Christmas jewellery set or a pin badge.
Cancellation and a full refund can be obtained up to 2 weeks before the course starts. Start dates may be amended on request.
